here’s a thing i did way back in february for a cyberguro anthology which sadly didn’t happen. i touched it up a lil bit bcs apparently looking back at a piece after a few months makes you see All Mistakes.
Madame Diogène,
- Diogenes syndrome (from Wikipedia): also known as senile squalor syndrome, is a disorder characterized by extreme self-neglect, domestic squalor, social withdrawal, apathy, compulsive hoarding of garbage or animals, and lack of shame. Sufferers may also display symptoms of catatonia.
I finally finished a little project I worked on this last week, and i’m proud to present it to you !
————Omg there are even a tiiiiiny door you can open o/ !!!!—————–
It’s a Papercut installation I did to prepare, with my colleague, an exposition for a theather play. We were working on the Book “Madame Diogène” wrote by Aurélien Delsaux about the “diogenes syndrom”, wich will be adapted in a theather play in Lyon, my city 🙂 !
I drew first with a pencil on a Montval paper 300 gr, then after doing the color in watercolors, I just put a carboard behind to reinforce the structure and to put the two levels of “depth”. I was a bit afraid to make this because I thought it won’t be probably enough stable, but actually that was more simple than I thought hehe !
I hope you like it, It was really pleasant and I really enjoyed work on it 🙂 !
See you soon 😀 !
